“Counselling can be emotionally demanding

and challenging, as we are faced with ourselves

and our attitudes and limitations.  It is my hope that

all this is achieved within a warm, accepting

environment which totally accepts who you are.”

Richard, Counsellor

Counselling - Integrative (Using several approaches)

Therapists who provide this service: Danielle Slammon,

Counselling provides a designated time and place for you to explore whatever is troubling you.  The Integrative technique combines elements of psychodynamic theory and cognitive behaviour therapy with the person-centred approach. Creative activities are also incorporated when appropriate, which may include writing, drawing or visualisation. During these sessions you have a safe, nurturing space for you to express yourself and be heard, without fear of judgment; to feel accepted, help you make sense of what is happening and gain support in making any changes. Counselling can be useful for helping with issues such as relationship difficulties, emotional problems, anxiety and depression, work related problems, life changes and the impact of health problems.

Session Times + Fees:

50 minutes - £40.00
